Cetilia is a social media, photography, and marketing agency in Chicago, Illinois. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. When we say "we" or "us," we mean Cetilia.

When you ask for a free website report, on our website form or on a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we collect:

  • Your business name

  • Your website

  • Your social media handles

  • Your email or phone number

  • Your answer to the question we ask you about your business

When you visit cetilia.co, we also collect some basic information through Google Analytics and Squarespace cookies. This can include the pages you visit, the type of device and browser you use, and roughly where you are. Cookies are small files saved by your browser. You can block or delete them in your browser settings.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

  • Prepare your free website report

  • Contact you about your report

  • Tell you about Cetilia services that may help your business

  • See how people use our website so we can make it better

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it only with companies that help us run our business. These include:

  • Tally, which runs our website form

  • Google, for analytics and for storing files

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which runs our lead forms and ads

  • Squarespace, which hosts our website

  • Email and messaging tools we use to contact you

These companies handle your information under their own privacy policies. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are working with you, or while it is still useful for your report and follow-up. If you are not a client, we plan to delete it within about 2 years of our last contact with you. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

  • Stop messages. You can ask us to stop emailing or texting you at any time. Reply "STOP" to a text, click "unsubscribe" in an email, or contact us.

  • See your information. You can ask us what information we have about you.

  • Fix or delete it. You can ask us to correct or delete your information.

Anyone can make these requests, including people in Illinois and anywhere else in the United States. To make one, contact us using the details below. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act. We will try to answer within 30 days.

Children

Our website and services are for business owners. They are not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Keeping your information safe

We use trusted tools and take reasonable steps to protect your information. But no website or online tool is 100% safe, so we cannot promise perfect security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using our website or services after a change, the new policy applies.
